After you're logged into the Members Area, click the "Contact Support" link on the left and use the form to send your support request to our Technical Support department.

Yes. Your downloads are 100% compatible with your mp3 player.
All of your downloads are stored in the iVideo Converter folder inside your Music folder. Downloads can be imported from the iVideo Converter folder into your media player library and transferred to your mobile device.

iVideo Converter saves your downloaded and converted files on your hard drive. We do not remotely store member downloads or download records.
If you have restored your computer or if you install iVideo Converter onto a new computer your downloads will not appear in the program library unless you manually move them to the iVideo Converter download folder on the new or restored computer.
It is recommended that you back-up your downloads to an external device, such as an external hard drive or CDs in case you need to restore your computer, otherwise your downloads will be lost.
iVideo Converter does not issue unique usernames or passwords for Members Area access. Your membership is authenticated using your full name and the email address you provided during registration.

If you can't remember the email address you used during registration or are having trouble logging into the Members Area, please email our support department.
If you purchased a membership and wish to cancel, please send a membership cancellation request email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include "Membership Cancellation" in the subject line.
In order to receive a refund, your email should include the following information (from purchase confirmation email):
· Full Name (First and Last)
· Transaction ID
· Date of Purchase
· Type of Card (Visa, Amex, MC, etc.)
· Last 4 Digits of Card
· Email Address Provided at Registration
Please provide as much of the information as possible. Membership cancellation emails received with inadequate information will be returned with a request for additional transaction details. At minimum, please provide your Full Name, Date of Purchase, Type of Card, Last 4 Digits of Card and your Email Address.
Membership cancellation requests must be received within 60 days of the date of purchase in order to receive a refund (as per the Terms and Agreements of membership). Membership cancellation requests received later than 60 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
